The requirements for membership in the Rescue Squad are simple, they include:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete a writen application, and turn it in for screening.
- Atend 30 minutes of any meeting.
- The desire to help other people in their time of need.
- A simple majority of members in good standing are required for acceptance in to the squad. Each new member is voted into an orientation period of 90 days, in which they become familiar with the operations of the squad. At the end of the 90 days period, the applicant is voted on again at the next regular business meeting of the membership. If the applicant receives a simple majority, then he/she is accepted into the general membership of the squad.
